How Long Does Microblading Last?
The needles of the microblading pen only penetrate the superficial layers of the skin, which is why the treatment is called “semi-permanent.” However, it does typically last for anywhere between 1-3 years. The best way to extend this time is to avoid using exfoliants on your brows and be careful in the sun. Sunlight can fade the pigment.
After your microblading appointment, you will need to come back in about one month for a follow-up and touch-up, if needed. It is recommended to touch up your new brows every 3-6 months to keep them looking vibrant and fresh.
