Meet The Team
JEFFREY BARSTAD, MD, MPH
Dr. Barstad finds deep inspiration from the complexity and order of natural beauty found throughout creation. His philosophy in medicine is one of preservation and restoration of health and wellness, pushing back the disorder and chaos of aging, preserving what is, and restoring what once was.
Dr. Barstad attended medical school at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock TX. He completed his residency in the specialty of Family Medicine at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Tyler in 2013. In addition to his medical education, he holds a Masters degree in Public Health from Texas A&M which was preceded by a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from A&M as well. None of the above would have been possible without the gracious and selfless support of his precious wife.
Personal Note from Dr. B:
Today is beautiful, now is a gift. There is a promise of tomorrow but the dawn of that day may not be the sunrise in the east that blankets the living in light. And this life, as we know it, travels an unpredictable tide, ebbing and flowing with moments of serenity and moments of violent surging and every form of sea in between. With each sunrise we steer our ship. Each with the choice of how to navigate the water; some to the instruments of their own understanding, some adrift to the ways of the wind. I have chosen to go where another leads. I am a bond-servant at the wheel. I follow the stars as He has laid them out and in the tempest I will call His name aloud. He is my compass, He is my true north, my life a vessel that must follow where He goes, the Captain of my ship.
Tracy Bounsing, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Tracy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Oklahoma City University. She began her career as a cardiac nurse at Baylor Scott and White Health before pursuing a career in Aesthetic medicine. She has been working in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery since 2016. Tracy enjoys helping her patients feel beautiful in their skin. She can help personalize your skin care routine or offer cosmetic injections along with non-invasive treatments.
In 2019, Tracy graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed through the Texas Board of Nursing. When away from the clinic, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog, Fluffagus, to the park and traveling.
Mariana Marquis BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Mariana is a highly skilled and experienced aesthetic nurse injector specializing in non-surgical cosmetic procedures. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2019 from Baylor University and is currently in school at Texas Woman’s University to obtain her Masters in Nursing.
Her passion for aesthetics started in nursing school after working for a plastic surgeon. With 4 years of aesthetic experience and a background in cardiac nursing, she combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural-looking results.
Mariana offers dermal fillers, neurotoxin injections, lasers, facial rejuvenation, and personalized skin care consultations. Her holistic approach prioritizes client goals and facial harmony, empowering individuals to enhance their natural beauty. With her unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results, she will guide you through a transformative journey towards a more radiant and confident version of yourself.
Abby Rice, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
As an aesthetic nurse injector, Abby combines her clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others work toward their personal goals. With a background in personal training and a lifelong commitment to health and wellness, she has always found fulfillment in building relationships and supporting people on their journeys—whether in the gym, in life, or in the treatment room. A career in aesthetics allows her to bring together her nursing skills and her love for empowering others, helping each patient feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys life as a wife and busy mom of two boys. She values creating meaningful connections with her patients and feels honored to be part of their self-care and confidence-building journey.
Jaden Maresch
Aesthetician
Jaden is a licensed aesthetician with a deep passion for skin health and holistic beauty. When she’s not in the treatment room, she enjoys yoga, cooking nourishing meals, discovering new music, and spending time with friends and family—activities that keep her grounded, inspired, and aligned.
Her journey into aesthetics began after years of struggling with her own skin. That personal experience ignited a commitment to not only heal herself but help others achieve clear, healthy, and balanced skin through personalized care and advanced treatments.
Jaden is certified in buccal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, HydraFacial, Geneo, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and a range of laser technologies. She is also a ZO® Skin Health expert, widely known for her ability to curate thoughtful, results-driven skincare regimens tailored to each client’s unique skin type, condition, and goals.

Aesthetician & Tattoo Artist
Sara McRae has been in the Aesthetics business for over 7 years. She had entered the industry bringing extensive knowledge having worked as a freelance make up artist. With an eye for detail and a passion for emphasizing her clients’ natural beauty this craft has opened many doors for Sara.
The industry has given her the opportunity to fuel her passion by creating meaningful connections helping people feel effortlessly beautiful by using state of the art technology and only the best products and devices on the market. Sara was initially trained in Cosmetic Tattooing in 2018 and has since expanded her knowledge for all Aesthetics by attending programs at Ogle Beauty School of Fort Worth in 2018 and National Laser Institutes Comprehensive Training in 2019.
Jon Paul Nimmons
Director of Operations
Jon Paul Nimmons is the Director of Operations at BeauxMD, who oversees day-to-day operations to ensure a luxury experience for every client of BeauxMD.
After spending over 10 years in client relations, Jon Paul knows how to develop a loyal clientele through building individual relationships, actively communicating with and providing an exceptional experience for each client. In addition to Jon Paul’s client relations background, he was a crucial part of developing and opening two upscale boutique hair salons in the North Texas area. He also served in the mental health field as a Crisis Clinician for 5 years, a job that required patience and tact in the most personally delicate of situations for hundreds of families. Jon Paul holds a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
